You're an expert in your industry. You know how your product fits in; how you're better than the competition and where they may have an advantage.

The problem is that all the players in your field "talk" and act in the same way. This makes it really hard to stand out. Even if your product has the best feature of all, it doesn't make any difference if it all sounds the same to your prospective client.

Get inspired by other industry campaigns

What don't you like about your industry? What's good and what could be better? How can you change things for the better so your business stands out?

Other markets take different approaches from yours; they have a different vocabulary; and they do things in a different way. So why not actively notice what some other market or single company is doing, and adapt some of their tactics to your own marketing campaigns?

Use any tool available so that your business stands out from the crowd. There's many an example of better products being killed off by competitive marketing which is better. Don't let that be your story.
